Commission Prices

Note: Prices are per head, meaning additional characters costs for the same price. Base price for detailed backgrounds start at 10$. Commissions for commercial use are 100% of the same price. Custom commissions are charged with an additional 50% of the original price. Kindly refer to my ToS for more information.

TERMS OF SERVICES

Note: The list of "will and will not do" is subjective and is open for negotiation, so long as it does not depict any discriminative or offensive concepts. (i.e. It is possible to request nsfw, furry, and mecha works from me)

TERMS, COPYRIGHT AND USAGE
• I reserve the right to decline a commission request that may depict discriminatory content, is gratuitously offensive, or is too difficult to be executed.
• I retain the rights to my artworks; hence, I reserve the right to use the commission as my sample work and/or post the final piece in my social media accounts unless, of course, if the client requests it to be a private commission.
• Clients who have availed a commission without commercial usage are not allowed to reupload my art with the intent to resell or profit off of it.
• Progress photos that I will post or send to the client will not be used for any other purpose besides commissioning me. They are not allowed to be edited, altered, changed, traced, or colored over.
• I DO NOT ALLOW the usage of my art to generate images using AI generators and other diffusion apps.REVISIONS
• There will only be up to 3 free revisions during the commission process (not including the sketching phase). A fee of 5-10$ will be charged for any revision beyond the limit.
• No more revisions once I have begun coloring/rendering.
• Revisions for the final piece shall only be free if the mistake falls under my responsibility as the artist. (We shall refer to the commission form to review the error)PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY
• Payments will only be via Paypal (invoice) or Gcash. (Ko-fi account is available now!)
• Payment first before I begin sketching.
• Strictly no refund if I am far ahead in the commission process or after it is completed.
• Full refund will only be issued if I am unable to continue with the commission due to personal reasons. (Paypal user clients will only be able to receive the full net amount of the commission fee due to the deduction of Paypal's transaction fee)PROCESS
• The client will message me first either through the dms in my social media accounts or through my email address.
• A form will be sent to the client where it covers all the details of their commissioned request.
• Once the client has informed me that they have finished filling the form out and reading my ToS, payment information will be elaborated in dms/email. (They will either receive a GCash number or a Paypal invoice from me)
• Full/half the payment upfront is needed to guarantee a slot. Payment info will be discussed further once the client is finished filling out the commission form I will be providing through dms/email only.
• My turn-around time is at least 2-4 months (Depending on the style). I am a university student with a life outside art and cannot guarantee control if anything were to slow down my work process. Please only commission me if you are willing to wait.
• Delivery of the files is via email/google drive, which will contain PNG files of various versions; 1) A version with the trademark/ watermark frame, 2) a version with a smaller watermark, 3) and a version with a transparent background. (I can give a version with no watermark, but only if I am asked to beforehand)
